We are currently experiencing issues with Karma Koin transactions that are specifically affecting Warhammer Collection purchases. While the transactions are being completed successfully, our player account system is not registering the acquired Warhammer Collection status correctly. This issue only arises when using Karma Koin to acquire a Warhammer Collection (or Hero Add-On).
If you used Karma Koin to acquire your Warhammer Collection, please head over to the Pre-Order section of your Profile to determine if your Warhammer Collection appears correctly. If it does not, please send an e-mail to billing@mwomercs.com and we will resolve the issue for you.
We are in the process of getting this issue resolved in the account system for good, but until then Support services will need to fix the issue on your account manually.
Please note that this only affects Warhammer purchases using Karma Koin.
